Shipping policy
City Business Shipping ships freight prepaid and invoices you for the charges.
- USPS ground is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed USPS size or weight limits, a UPS will be the secondary carrier if the goods are still to large a freight carrier will be selected to speed delivery to you.
- A $1.50 handling fee will be added to shipping charges
Ship Collect:
- Type your UPS/FedEx account number in the "Special Instructions" field located within the "Shipping" portion of checkout.
- On future orders, a drop-down box will appear on the same screen to select the collect account number you have previously used.
- Shipping specials offered by City Business Shipping such as waived UPS oversize charges, do not apply to orders that are shipped freight collect.
- If you need to change your UPS/FedEx account number, Please email info@cbshipping.com.

Rush Shipments/Special Instructions:
During the shipping portion of checkout, please request Fed Ex, UPS Air, Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. We will promptly take care of your needs.

All you need to do is click "Add Special Instructions" on the Shipping Method screen, then enter this information in the "Special Instructions".
