City Business return policy

Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

• Custom Items
• Items marked "non-returnable"

If City Business Shipping or Manufacturer is at fault, City Business will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Process:

• Please call 1-213-612-4949 for a Return Authorization number.
• Write the Return Authorization / Order Number on the outside of the package.
• Ship to the nearest City Business Shipping facility.
